Worked with a growing UK climate change NGO to develop their strategy. Conducted a landscape review of the climate change space to confirm where is the best place for the client to focus. Analyzed data on impact of work done to date to confirm results achieved to date and to determine focus areas going forward. Helped the management board align on what are the most critical issues to tackle and what is the most efficient way to do that.
