Developed the ESG policy of a global agriculture sustainability civil society organisation. Researched the evolving regulatory landscape to identify the optimal ESG policy and reporting framework. Prioritized initiatives for the policy based on internal input, competitive benchmarking, and an initial materiality assessment. Developed and outlined an implementation plan for rolling out the policy.
